• Preparation: Gather all components of the kit, including the rubber dam sheets, clamps, forceps, and punch.Ensure the patient is comfortably seated and explain the procedure to alleviate any anxiety
• Select the Rubber Dam Sheet: Choose an appropriate size of rubber dam sheet (5×5 inches) for the pediatric patient
• Punch Holes: Use the rubber dam punch to create holes in the rubber dam sheet corresponding to the teeth that need isolation
• Apply the Rubber Dam: Place the rubber dam over the selected teeth, ensuring it covers the area adequately
• Secure with Clamps: Use wingless clamps (A1 to A6) to secure the rubber dam around each tooth.Position the clamps carefully to ensure they hold the dam in place without causing discomfort
• Use Forceps for Adjustment: Utilize the rubber dam forceps to adjust and tighten the rubber dam as needed for a snug fit
