Return Policy
At GDC we strive to provide high-quality dental instruments and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy outlines the conditions and process for returning products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product has not been sterilized, used, or altered.
- The item was received in a damaged or defective condition (must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence).
- Incorrect items were shipped due to our error.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or sterilized instruments.
- Customized or engraved products.
- Consumables such as burs, blades, and syringes.
- Clearance or final sale items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval : Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number if eligible.
- Packaging : Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the order number clearly mentioned.
- Shipping : Ship the product to our return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Refund & Replacement
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process:
- Replacement: If applicable, a new product will be shipped.
- Refund: A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days (minus any applicable restocking fee, if mentioned).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for items of the same or higher value. Additional charges may apply for price differences.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
