The GDC Columbia Curettes 2r/2l Anterior Application #6 (Sc2r/2l) are dental instruments used for periodontal scaling and root planing procedures in the anterior region of the mouth. Designed for the removal of moderate to heavy calculus from all supra and subgingival tooth surfaces.GDC Columbia Curettes 2r/2l Anterior is designed for use on all aspects of anterior teeth (including canines). The instrument has a small contra-angle and a return angle resulting in an instrument that is close to the midline of the instrument handle for better stability. The shank is particularly long on Columbia Curettes 2r/2l to permit access to the lower anterior with the patient in a supine position.
